These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and participation in community walks organised by Walk With Me and Koukla.

By using this website or registering for a walk, you agree to the following terms.

Community Walks

Walk With Me and Koukla organises relaxed, community-led walks in public parks, reserves and shared spaces around Adelaide.

Our walks are designed to bring people together, raise awareness and support fundraising efforts for multiple sclerosis (MS).

Walks are informal and suitable for most fitness levels unless otherwise stated.

Participation

By attending a walk, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and you are responsible for your own wellbeing during the event.

Participants should:

• Wear suitable footwear and clothing

• Bring water if needed

• Follow local park rules and shared path etiquette

• Walk at a pace that is comfortable for them

If you have health concerns, please consider whether participation is suitable for you.

Personal Responsibility

Walk With Me and Koukla walks take place in public outdoor spaces. Conditions such as uneven surfaces, weather, wildlife, cyclists or other park users may be present.

By attending, you accept responsibility for your own safety during the walk.

Dogs

Friendly dogs are welcome on many of our walks, provided they are well behaved and kept on leash where required by local council or park regulations.

Owners are responsible for their pets at all times and must clean up after them.

Photography and Social Media

Photos and short videos may occasionally be taken during walks to share on social media or the Walk With Me and Koukla website to help promote community participation and MS awareness.

If you would prefer not to appear in photos, please let the organiser know at the start of the walk.

Weather and Event Changes

As our walks take place outdoors, changes may occasionally occur due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Walk With Me and Koukla reserves the right to adjust event details such as time, location or cancellation if required. Any updates will be communicated through the website or event pages where possible.
